We accept returns under the following conditions:
✅ Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
✅ Return request must be initiated within 7 DAYS of delivery
❌ We do not accept returns on personal care items, undergarments, or
items marked "FINAL SALE"

Once approved, we’ll share return instructions.
💸 REFUNDS
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you
about the refund status:
If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 BUSINESS DAYS
Refunds will be issued to the ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD only
Note: SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE
🚚 DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Received a damaged product? We’re sorry! Please contact us within 48
HOURS of delivery with clear photos and your order details. We’ll
arrange a replacement or a full refund.
🔁 EXCHANGES
We currently do NOT OFFER DIRECT EXCHANGES. If you wish to exchange,
please return the item and place a new order.
