📅 Return Window We accept return or exchange requests within 07 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

The item must be unused and in its original condition

It must be returned in original packaging with tags intact

You must provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID)

We prioritize exchanging the item over refunding, wherever possible. If you received:

A defective or damaged item

An incomplete order

we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no extra cost.

Refunds are provided only:

When the product is out of stock and cannot be replaced

If exchange is not possible due to logistical reasons

Refunds (if approved) are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
